This short notice explains what Remi collects on this website, including for Australian visitors under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
Demo requests
When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as name, work email, company, team size, workflow pain, notes, and email messages, so we can reply, schedule a walkthrough, qualify fit, and keep a record of the conversation.
Analytics, cookies, and attribution
We use PostHog and first-touch attribution to understand page views, product events, referrers, UTM parameters, landing pages, and basic device or browser activity. These tools use cookies and localStorage. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Sharing, retention, and rights
We share data with service providers that help operate Remi, including hosting, Airtable, email delivery, analytics, and AI processing providers. Some may be overseas service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. To access, correct, delete, or complain about data, email elijah.tan@memoremi.com. We will respond reasonably and, if an eligible data breach is likely to cause serious harm, notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.
